Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days.
Most parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).
To reduce costs of post & packaging, some items will be sent without signature.
International deliveries and some UK postcode areas may take more than 5 days to deliver once dispatched.
Delivery charges may vary due to dimensions of orders taken and we reserve the right to change delivery charges accordingly.
We cannot guarantee delivery in extreme circumstances e.g. adverse weather conditions.
Last orders for deliveries before Christmas: 5 working days prior to Christmas. Not for International deliveries.
We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).
Online Orders & Card Security
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a refund and return any items. Postage for returns are not refunded. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
Goods must be returned within 14 days once return has been approved and confirmed by us.
Non-Delivery of Items
If the carrier fails to deliver an order, Pomegranate will refund value of items.
This will normally be 28 days from date of despatch.
